Welcome to the nut house. It has been insanely busy. I have been selling fabric like crazy, so I have been marbling like a crazy woman. It is so fun to create. I just marbled a new color I'm not sure what to call it just yet. The background is lime green sort of. The color reminds me of little monsters you might find on kids PJ's. It was an experiment, what do you think?

The first one is the Dragon Wing's design and the second is the Freestyle design. I may call it Little Monsters just for fun.

Have you ever had one of those weeks? I'm having one going into the third week. But then I figure things can only look up from here. I am in the middle of building up my stock for the fall quilt shows. Dentist and Doctor appointments have been running my life. My dryer started making funny noises, it is over fifty years old so it has personality. But this new noise was bad and I kept having visions of a bang, puff of smoke and the entire house burning down. So I started the hunt for a new washer and dryer. I found a set I liked, but then discovered that it was going to be to deep for the closet it would live in. So the doors had to come off. Then my husband decided that if the home for the washer and dryer was going to be exposed to the public eye, then he needed to mud, take and texture it. So I am still marbling, but around the construction zone. Add Molly (the Velcro dog) to the mix and it sure makes life interesting. But then I wouldn't have it any other way.
